"R" Mustangs on Discovery Network Fast n Loud!
"R" Mustangs was sought out by Discovery Networks and Fast n Loud to help with the recreation of the 1968 Film, "Bullitt" Mustang GT Fastback chase in San Francisco. Rick and team had the pleasure of being on set, consulting as well as providing invaluable services to the crew and restored Mustang GT Fastback. The chase scene recreation will air during the show's season premiere on Discovery Networks on July 8th and can also be viewed On Demand.

Mustang Man Turns Hobby into BusinessRick Mori is a 41-year-old San Francisco native who was raised in North Beach. He is the owner of "R" Mustangs in the city. "Let the kid have it! Let the kid have it!" These words changed my life forever on May 23, 1986: the day I bought my first Mustang. I was 18 years old and had my very own 1968 Mustang convertible - which was no small feat considering I had only $1,000 to my name. I walked into the City Tow auto auction with a dream: I had scoped the car out behind the fence for about two months, and when I found out it was going to be up for auction I got my money together and headed on down to what is now a parking lot at McCovey Cove across from AT&T Park.
